Our Managing Agent "Realty" are responsible for collecting the communal fees, defaults and liaising with the WPML Directors to ensure covenants and restrictions are upheld.

Realty are based in Stockport, Manchester and attend site at least once a month, if not more when issues dictate.

​

They also organise the monthly Directors meeting and various sub-committee meetings either via Teams or in Person during the month.

As residents your first point of call with any queries or issues would be to contact the managing agent who will be able to help.
